The Face of God… you can see it!
This Sunday, the Sermon will be mainly based on Genesis 33. In this chapter, things are tense. Twenty years ago, Jacob deceived his brother Esau. Esau wanted to kill him, and Jacob fled. Now he comes back and hears that Esau is coming to meet him with 400 men…
What we read then is astonishing. Suddenly God shows His face in a wonderful way.
We will see that in this chapter there is an extremely relevant message for a world like ours, full of tension and polarization.
Warm greetings and hope to see you on Sunday!

TREASURE SEEKERS
This week at ICFD, the kids look at Nehemiah. God’s people were returning to their land, but the walls of Jerusalem were in ruins. What will God do?
Children aged approx. 3-7 are welcome at Discoverers, and aged approx. 8-11 at Explorers. Please can Explorers kids bring their bibles?
Title: Rebuilding the Walls
Text: Nehemiah 1:1 – 2:10; 4:1-23; 6:15 – 7:3
Big Idea: Despite a lot of opposition, God helped Nehemiah to rebuild the walls of Jerusalem and keep his people safe.
Aim: To teach that God uses the prayerful hard work of his people to complete his plans even when they are opposed.
The memory verse for the Ezra-Nehemiah series is: “For no matter how many promises God has made, they are ‘Yes’ in Christ.” (2 Corinthians 1:20a).
