On Friday 18 April, Lord willing, we have a Good Friday service in the Marcuskerk, Menno ter Braaklaan 1. The service is from 17.00 to 18.00 – and you are so welcome, also to invite others to join. In this service we commemorate the death of Jesus on the cross and why he died there: to bring salvation for all who believe in him. We read Mark 15:6-39. And we pay special attention to how Jesus was mocked and bullied: `He saved others, he cannot save himself’. We will see how deep the Lord Jesus suffered also in this. But also why he underwent it without taking revenge. We will see how there is Gospel, good news, a source of comfort, strength and joy in all the sufferings of Jesus for our sake.

No Treasure Seekers on Good Friday 18 April

On Friday 18 April (Good Friday), ICFD has a service at 17:00.  There are no Treasure Seekers groups during that service.  The building used has a room available for a self-supervised creche.  Families are nonetheless welcome, and you might like to bring the attached materials or a Christian book for your child(ren). On Sunday 20 April (Easter Sunday), there are Treasure Seekers groups as usual.
