The King’s Victory – Easter Service

A victory matters. Once a medicine for a disease has been discovered that works perfectly, we may consider the disease as conquered. The invention of such a medicine means the victory over the disease. Jesus’ death and resurrection mean nothing less than that Jesus has brought salvation for the sins of his people. The greatest victory ever. Of course it is important then, to know whether the victory took really place. Matthew emphasizes that it is well attested and undeniably true. Easter Sunday we celebrate this and hear more about what this means for us.
