The cure of cynicism

When a friend disappoints you once or twice (and then apologises) you probably can handle that. But what if he or she repeatedly, continually disappoints you? Even without making excuses? Initially you might get angry. But gradually you might become cynical. And we all understand that cynicism is deadly for a warm and tender relationship. What about your trust in God? Your relationship with God? Upcoming Sunday we look at Zechariah again and we will see how God cured his and cures our cynicism towards Him. You are so welcome to join the service physically, or online.

TREASURE SEEKERS

Who is Jesus?  This week from Luke’s gospel, the children learn that Jesus is both God and man and that he is the Forever King of God’s Kingdom.

During the ICF Delft service, children leave for their own Bible teaching at Treasure Seekers part-way through the service, after the kids’ song, and rejoin for the final song of the service.  The creche room is also available for 0-2 year olds.
